Our Standard Maintenance Package Includes
Spring Clean-Up & Mulching
- Hand and mechanical bed edging
- Pruning of shrubs and ornamental trees
- Weed and debris removal from beds
- Pre-emergent weed control (liquid application)
- Fertilization of landscape beds (14-14-14 granular)
- Installation of fresh mulch (1.5" depth standard)
Weekly Lawn Mowing & Trimming
- Mowing to maintain healthy height (2.5”–3.5”)
- String trimming along beds, walks, and around structures
- Blowing debris off all hard surfaces
Weekly Bed Weed Control
- Spot-spraying of weeds in beds during mowing visits
- Hand-pulling in sensitive or overgrown areas (as needed)
Lawn Fertilizer & Weed Control Program
- Five treatments spaced approximately 6 weeks apart
- Fertilization and broadleaf weed control for a lush, weed-free lawn
Summer Bed Clean-Up
- Mid-season pruning of shrubs and small trees
- Bed edge touch-ups and mulch grooming
- Debris removal and weed control
- Reapplication of pre-emergent and fertilizer as needed
Fall Clean-Up
- Removal of leaves from lawn and beds
- Cutting back of perennials and ornamental grasses
- Final blow-off into wooded areas if available
Winter Snow Services
- Driveway plowing once snow reaches 2"–3"
- Optional salting and shoveling services available
